Information for identity verification, such as, where lawful and as applicable, your government-issued identification number, information about you for fraud detection purposes, or as may otherwise be required or permitted by applicable law.
Conference and meeting information, such as when you use our Services to make, accept, or request meetings with financial advisors. Addition applies commercially reasonable technical, administrative and organizational security measures to prevent against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure or access to its systems and environment.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain of our Services, you are responsible for keeping the password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Use By Minors
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to us through our Services, including on our Website. If you are under the age of 13, you may not have an Addition Account or use our Services. We do not knowingly process any information from, or direct any of our products or services to, children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Your choices about your information
Tracking technologies and advertising
If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. Deletion or closure of an Addition account
Closure or deletion of your Addition account may mean that you permanently lose access to the personal information and data associated with the Addition account. Certain personal information or de-identified information associated with your Addition account may nonetheless remain on systems owned or maintained by Addition for up to ten years where required to comply with the law, our contractual obligations, or carrying out legitimate business functions. To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, we retain certain personal information associated with rejected applications for Addition accounts for up to ten years.
Exercising your choices
To exercise your choices about your personal information, please contact our Customer Experience team at email@example.com. You may also request that we correct inaccurate information we may have about you. We will need to verify your relationship to the Addition account (for example, if you are an administrator of an Addition account) and verify your identity. If you are an end user of Addition's services and not a direct customer of Addition (for example, your company uses Addition and you are an employee or authorized representative of that company), you should direct requests relating to your personal information to the administrator of your company’s Addition account. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights.
